Broadband loss in the evenings

RuthD
Member

Our office broadband is in a fairly rural area.  Acceptable speed in the daytime, but working online in the evening is impossible.  Wired network - quiet line test OK - filter makes no difference - no issues on exchange (Horsley EMHORSL) or in area.  It's just the evenings.  Is there anything I can do? 192.168.1.254 gives the following (however this is 4pm - I can't do this in the evening because no connection):-

Hi RuthD

What I would advise is to contact the helpdesk on 0800 800 154 when you loose connection to get them to run tests on the line to see if there is anything affecting the line at that time of day.
