Can I get my Business line connection changed from Interleaved to Fastpath?
My line seems have interleaving applied on a permenant basis. My pings are 40+ms as a minimum and have been so for several months. My line had a fault with a tree rub that has been fixed and the line is stable. The router has not dropped connection for periods of more than 10 days at a time. I have had fastpath in the past with pings of 25ms...
Can one of the moderators request this change for me please as I cannot seem to find an easy way to contact Openreach under Covid restrictions?
