Anyone know how to log a Fault call with BT for drop out issues with my Broadband router

I'm trying to log a call for my rounter droping out... i'm using the website I get to the message below click on Continue and it send me back to https://help.business.bt.com/
Have try 5 or 6 time now.. is there away to just log a fault call please?
