BT Business Billing Debacle

* In October 2025 we received auto texts informing us of expired broadband services. At the time we had 8 bundles
*October 20th 2025, we contacted BT Business to enquire which contracts had expired, they informed us of three, in which we cancelled. This was also confirmed in writing. We asked for, in writing), all the services expiry dates. They were unable to help.
*A complaint was then submitted, (October 25th 2025), citing the lack of information we required
*BT failed to respond
*The three services broadband was switched off
*We noticed our monthly bill was not reduced and in fact was a little more then previously - despite the three cancellations.
*We submitted another complaint to BT Business
*We were contacted on the 14th April 2025, and explained the situation. We were told that we would be contacted again on the 17th April 2026
*On the 17th April 2026 we were informed that the three cancelled services were still being used, (they are not, there is no broadband), and in fact those three services were still in contract until 2028, even though we had sent them written confirmation from BT Business on the cessation of those services.
*The BT complaint assistant sent us a list of services we have with expiry dates, these differ from a previous list we were furnished with, and differ from the information we received in October 2025.
*The BT complaints advisor then advised us to contact the very same contracts department we contacted in October 2025.
All of the above was after BT Business debited our account of £10,000, as they initially contacted us on the digital switchover and then promptly charged us early contract cancellation fees. It took us 6-months to receive a refund, and this was only resolved because we came to this forum. Absolutely nothing was resolved then through the normal advertised means, and to date, this latest issue has not been resolved through the normal means.
