No BT services - but still being billed

In July 2035 we advised BT that we had to move due to premises were to be sold off (CM16 7PE) and in August we got confirmation from BT that the new premises (IG9 5BL) were fine and that all services would be connected. 

In September we moved offices to IG9 5BL and we had two Openreach engineers visit us. And  the second engineer visited he advised us that we couldn't have our broadband moved as there was no fiber. 

 

After many calls I managed to get the main landline (01992 576065) transferred to a mobile phone and which we are still using today to keep the business up and running.  

 

I was then advised to cancel all services and I wouldn't be billed. - I called the business line and asked to cancel all services, with the exception of the landline no (01992 576065) as it was transferred to a mobile.

 

Its mid-April, now into the 7th month and nothing seems to have been done. I am still paying for services we never had since September 2025 and we have probably lost quite a lot of business due to this.
