BT Business Smarthub 3 Bridge mode greyed out.

Hi all,
I have recently had full fibre installed (Today) and was given the new Smarthub3 for business. So I can see the option to enable bridge mode but they Yes / No button is greyed out and I a not able to toggle it to yes. I have tried factory resetting the router a few times but this has not done anything. Has anyone else had this issue at all?

Hi, just wanted to chip in, hopefully might help someone in the future (i know this thread is 6 months old now).
USG's are very old devices (around 2014 ish), and throughput is limited. With IDS/IPS enabled they drop to just about 80 Mbit/s roughly, and even without that but just something like QoS, they can only get a bit over 100 Mbit/s.
Since the original post went live, the USG's have been made end-of-life, so they need to be replaced.
