We have a BT Cloud Phone service, with the BTB Hub 6. But I tried to setup a third party Draytek router instead, so as to use the range of remote access and other facilities.
Doing that has caused the phone system to stop working.
Does anyone know if the Cloud Phone system is 'standard voip' ? Should I be able to set it up on the third party router ? Or is there anything locking it to the supplied BTB Hub 6 ?
