We have a 15 retail stores all with BT broadband and had a specific person we would always contact to sign up to new agreements. Unfortunately despite our best efforts this person has disappeared off the face of the planet and as such we are unable to move forward with additional stores. Do you have a specific email address that i can use to contact BT business with a number of queries and new business?
We cant sign up using the internet due to a number of security protocols we follow.

Surprisingly, their @BTBusiness handle on X (formerly Twitter) or their LinkedIn business page can often provide a direct "Case Manager" email address if you explain that your previous EPass login account lead is unreachable and you have security-related barriers to using the web portal.
