Hello folks,

We have a 15 retail stores all with BT broadband and had a specific person we would always contact to sign up to new agreements.  Unfortunately despite our best efforts this person has disappeared off the face of the planet and as such we are unable to move forward with additional stores.  Do you have a specific email address that i can use to contact BT business with a number of queries and new business? 

We cant sign up using the internet due to a number of security protocols we follow.

Finding a direct email for BT Business can be a challenge as they prioritize phone and chat support for security reasons; however, for a multi-site portfolio like yours, the best approach is to contact their Corporate & Public Sector division rather than standard retail support. You can try reaching out to business.direct@bt.com or gv.new.business@bt.com, which are often monitored for new contract inquiries.
