I believe I have moved from BT FTTP Residential to BT Business this morning (this was the scheduled date, and the connection dropped for a period this morning and has now reconnected) but to my knowledge, I have not been sent any information or details on my fixed IP address, not details of my dedicated PPPoE login. I need these details as I use my own router.
Everything is working great, but I'm still using the email@example.com PPPoE login and thus I suspect a dynamic IP.
Please could somebody ping me via PM and I can provide account details etc.
