BT blocks block of static IPs

Hi,

I cannot ping another BT business static IP and whole block of IPs.

Pinging 81.150.33.x (BT static IP for email server) with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out.

 

It works fine from a BT 4G Assure stick and it works from other networks.

How to get BT to fix this?

PS

I tried to call BT several times "static IP access is not BT responsibility"

Hi,

I switch the connection to 4G Assure backup internet and another peculiar problem shows when connecting to the same router dynamic IP or static IP (both on the same router).

 

Dynamic IP -> 81.139.113.x

ping 81.139.113.x  -> Reply from 81.139.113.x: bytes=32 time=41ms TTL=247

Seems the problem lies inside BT, isn't it?

Hi,

It does not work again since:

19 February 2023, 4:48 am

Is there anyone who can give some light on this problem?

From today (28/02/2023), employees are affected as well!
