Hi. Having just had to reload windows on my laptop it's now asking for a WEP key before it will connect to my router. Following another post I went in to the hub manager as it suggested to set an encryption code but it's not there. Any suggestions?

Does the hub not have the wifi password printed on the back? If you changed it and have forgotten it you can factory reset the hub.
