Being ignored

Hi

I'm hoping someone here will be able to point me in the right direction.

We ordered a DIA installation some 7 months ago and were given a CCD of the 20/06/2024 but are still  waiting for it to be installed. We have sent numerous emails to the various people involved at BT and spent untold hours hanging on the phone trying to speak to someone but never getting a straight answer as to what the problem is or when it will be resolved.

We are now being totally blanked by our various contacts at BT who are not even acknowledging our emails.

Does anyone have email details of some kind of escalation department we can contact?

I'm sorry to hear about this - just to make sure I am looking into the right thing, are you referring to a Dedicated Internet Access leased line?

Hi

Thanks for responding, yes it's a Dedicated Internet Access leased line. I have since posting, emailed the BT Business CEO and  subsequently had contact from your Customer Service - Business Team with an IMP reference.

Hopefully they will resolve our problems.
