We have signed new contracts at 3 of our restaurant sites with BT and they have sent us new routers - BT Business Smart Hub 2.
Facing endless issues with connection dropping and WIFI devices not working. I am losing £1000's in sales.
Are these routers working properly? Any tips on the setting that can help.
We raise tickets for support, they make some changes and it works for a day or to then, drops.
Generally, all my locations are in shopping malls and the speeds we can get is very poor like 10mb.
Been with BT last 18 months not had these issues which makes me think its all hardware-related.
Are the wifi discs causing issues?

It really sounds like the new BT Business Smart Hub 2 units might be struggling, especially in high-interference mall environments. If performance drops after support tweaks, it could point to hardware or conflicting shake sizes of connected devices. Try isolating the WiFi discs and testing with just one site for stability.
