I made a complaint QIS688714 with open reach on 11th April regarding an ORDI request for ONT provisioning data misalignment—still unresolved after nearly 3 weeks. How should I contact them or expedite this process ? Being a GIS architect I understand the technical aspects of re provisioning the right ONT but genuinely puzzled the delay and time taken so far to resolve this issue when I shared the ONT terminal box images that contains the serial number.
