Had an interesting fault with my full fibre.
The Smart Hub 3 suddenly refused to connect. Swapped it out with a new Smart 3 hub and had the same issue. I was being lazy and using the same power supply. However when I swapped to a a new power supply I got a connection straight away - with both Hubs.
So the original power supply has clearly gone faulty. After trying calling and going round in circles with the AI bot and the automated fault checker I am getting nowhere trying to order a replacement.
Anyone any idea?

I agree it does sound like it's the PSU that's went faulty, I'm sorry to hear you didn't get anywhere when you called in - you can find the other methods of contact for our technical support team here.
