I apparently have a marker on the BT DMP portal , no one can seem to help me remove it billing goes to faults faults to billing it’s apparently a simple fix which no one can do. How do I get the marker removed there is no debt or bills on the line or account
One touch system there is a marker but who has access to one touch ? Faults say billing billing say they don’t it’s ridiculous 1 week no internet for a business and probably more than 20 hours worth of calls
