Line Restriction no one can solve

There was a restriction placed on our line on the day you had your outage Wednesday 24th, by way of order that order was then never removed but no one can see any restrictions. I have called billing faults , orders, no one can see any restrictions its like moving me around from department to department made me sign a new contract so they could send out a new router , still not working but our line is behaving like the restriction is still there have even had a technician come here no one seems to be able to assist. There is a TOS blocking our internet service and NO one at BT can seem to fix it.  I have an open complaint but by the time they respond to that I probably will be able to switch providers its honestly a bit ridiculous a week with no internet due to no one having a clue how to fix this.
