Does anyone have an email address for complaints to save me spending hours on the phone?
Our charity used to have broadband service with BT which was ended 3rd January 2024 and equipment returned. BT have continued to send bills and incorrectly taken money from our account after service ceased. After cancelling the direct debit, we have a received a letter threatening legal action if we do not pay bills issued in March and April despite obviously not having a service from BT.
This is the best place to get complaints dealt with. Just wait for a mod.

i have had a complaint open for months imp-116488634.
although i keep telling them to ring my business landline 01243 828500
have had to missed calls from them on my mobile. we do not use mobiles
at work because we work out of a factory.
