Fibre installation

Open Reach installed fibre in my parents home, what a shambles. I am unable to upload a photo but the pipe cable coming up through their footpath is not inline with protective cable cover going into their home cable is exposed such a mess the engineer should be ashamed of himself. Open reach will not address the issue but when it goes viral I bet it'll raise a few questions.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Openreach installation and that it has taken a long time for a reply. In instances like this where Openreach have damaged property you can raise a complaint to them directly here. BT can only raise faults when it is affecting the service.
