Hi,
We have recently taken over management of a property which has an existing Openreach Ethernet circuit installed.
The device on site is an ADVA FSP150 (Openreach NTE), but we do not know who the service provider is.

- Additional reference: ON94602
We have connected a router (SonicWall TZ600) but are unable to obtain a WAN IP address or any connectivity.
We have also tested directly from a laptop connected to the ADVA and receive no DHCP / no route, so we believe the circuit is either:
- Static IP configured (details unknown), or
- Not currently active
Could someone please help confirm:
1. Whether this circuit belongs to BT Business or BT Wholesale
2. If not, which communications provider owns the circuit
3. Whether the circuit is active
4. The IP configuration details (IP, subnet, gateway, DNS)
5. Whether VLAN tagging is required
We are not the original account holder, so any help identifying the service owner would be greatly appreciated.
