Hi - my BT business broadband has stopped working (I’ve tried all the normal stuff, router, line, filter, master socket etc) but it looks like the connection to the house is down (it is windy out). I have very weak 4G so am struggling to stay connected to anything. I’ve tried reporting a fault online but the pages just hang. I’ve phoned 0800800154 but it says the only way to report a fault is online. Chat is closed and I can’t find a WhatsApp number. Other than driving 10 miles to a MacDonalds for a signal I can’t think what else to do. Can anyone help?
