We've attempted to contact BT billing on removing our expired contracts for phone/broadband but we cannot seem to get through to anyone that can help. We have six bundles at various sites

This has now been done, and a link from the cancelation team has sent for the documents will not load, (Lightico). It just spins & spins. I contacted the same BT assistant, and this is the only system they use.
Is there another way for me to sign the documents?
Still attempting to sign the documents and it is the same thing - the Lightico website just does not load. I have emailed the BT Compliance department last night and awaiting reply
