Hi Beth M help re but orders getting nowhere fast

Hi Beth need help

Placed an order on 3 April for Fibre 150 Essential

I was told Order was good and open reach would come and install the line on 16 March. I waited but they never showed up..

I was then given a new date for Open Reach to install. 28 march this time a bit engineer came, and as we know he can’t fit fibre line it has to be Open Reach.

 

I have been on phone to Indian call centre many times chasing this simple task, all call centre staff very nice and promise to sort out and call me back to progress. Each time it’s 1 hour minimum being passed around constantly. I have spoke with to 2 supervisors who said they would sort and call back . Never happened. I did have an email from Ravinder Kaur as well as her saying she would call me but she did not. Whenever I explain about this I ask for Ravinder Kaur as I have been speaking with her, but I never get her.

 

I complained again on Monday 28 March and wanted to know when the open reach engineer would be coming. I was told I had to wait 24 hours and someone would contact me by phone to arrange, it’s now Wednesday evening and of course no body has contacted me. help help help please.

There are some 14 faults raised on this and I have been promised some sort of compensation but I hold my breath on this.

How difficult is it to arrange for an Open Reach Engineer to call and for the Fiber line I have been waiting for a very long time.
