Since 7.30am, this morning, "my router or firewall is filtering ICMPv6 messages sent to my computer. An IPv6 host that cannot receive ICMP messages may encounter problems like some web pages loading partially or not at all."
A restart of the hub does not fix this.
I still have an IPv6 address.

The reason is that my IPv6 address has changed and the Broadband Quality Monitor on Thinkbroadband is now pinging my old IPv6 address. After a few reboots it sorted itself out!
