JVC TV is slow to connect to BT smart business hub 3.

Hello,

I have a BT smart business hub 3 router, my JVC TV is connected by cable connection to the router, the issue is that when I switch the TV on, the menu screen at the top say not connected, have to wait up to 10 seconds for the Tv to connect to the router, have reset the TV but no good. 
Is there a way to fix this issue.

I am not a business customer but any help to fix this problem you be great.
