A simple query and it would be much appreciated it if someone could advise. Will be be supplied with a replacement router by BT when moving to Broadband and Cloud Voice Express (with the corded phone option) ? Currently we have Broadband and PSTN phone. We will remain on a FTTC connection. Our current router is labelled “Business Smart Hub – Type A”. I am afraid I have learnt over time that BT sales folk are not always the most reliable when faced with questions like this. The reason I am asking is that we have some non-standard configuration on our current router. We are a charity and our engineering volunteer will need know as he has to arrange to carry out any necessary configuration of a new router work in his spare time.

It really depends if one is included on the order, Cloud Voice Express does work on Smart Hubs.

When moving to BT Broadband and Cloud Voice Express, you will not automatically receive a replacement router. However, Cloud Voice Express works with your existing Smart Hub. It's best to confirm with BT directly to ensure you get the right equipment and support for your non-standard configuration.
