Access to Site on BT Line

Hey there,

 

We recently switched ISP to BT and can now no longer access a site that we use quite regularly. I've put in a request with BT NOC so will hopefully get looked after soon but I have heard that they can take some time to respond.

 

Anyone have a similar issue or know best way to go about getting an issue like this resolved?

 

(Done multiple tests via other ISPs, hot spot etc and site works fine, seems to narrow down to our router/BT)

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with BT. Since you've already tested other ISPs and hotspots, it does seem to point to an issue with BT's router or network.

While waiting for BT NOC to respond, you could try changing the DNS settings on your devices to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, escalating the issue to higher support levels or seeking assistance from online forums might help.
