Obtaining settings to set up third party route

I hope someone who knows their stuff can help us please 🙂 

We're setting up a third party router and have just obtained a static IP address for our line this morning. 

Our IT staff need more details than the Router address and the subnet mask that came on the order email.

They want to know the public IP address, Subnet address, Gateway and DNS servers.

Are these standard for all BT lines or do I need to contact live chat to obtain them?

If you have a static IP, the details will be individualised for your connection. If you contact the faults team, they can advise the details.
