How do you ask for another PIN ? We were sent a letter with a PIN for me to unlock Super Admin access but by the time we opened the letter (we do not live at the property where there is broadband and we were away) 28 days had passed so when we put the PIN in we were sent in letter it wouldn’t work . We cannot find any way of requesting another one . I have spoken to BT help but it has not been helpful!

A PIN request involves asking for a Personal Identification Number to authenticate access. This usually happens when logging into an account or verifying identity. Ensure your PIN is secure and private.

I have been dealing with someone at BT re moving our 20 BB account to BT and the first two are in progress. Unfortunately my contact is currently on leave and the billing address was incorrect, it was one of the locations we were moving and not our HQ, so the PIN was posted to the wrong address which cannot easily receive mail. So I need a new PIN to unlock my Super Admin privileges.

I phoned BT and spoke to various people, they updated the account holders name & address, but not the email so the 15 min passcode expired as it came to my email address, but as I was working from home I didn't see it..

However, no one seemed to know anything about a PIN that is posted to your billing address, so I'm stuck not being able to check or alter any of the account details, correct other user's email address or do anything constructive.

Can someone help please ?
