Hi,
We have upgraded to fibre. Our Stock control system has been upgraded so that we automatically update our website each evening, however they are requesting we get BT to switch us to a 'Static' IP address, as we are apparently currently on a 'Dynamic' IP address.
Does anyone know how we would go about this?
Hi McKellars
Our technical support team can assist with this. There is a small monthly fee if it's outside your package.

To get a static IP for your stock control system with BT fibre, you'll need to **contact BT Business customer support**. Explain that your system requires a static IP for website updates, as dynamic IPs can cause connectivity issues for such applications. Static IPs are typically available with BT Business broadband packages, sometimes at an additional monthly cost, and they will guide you through the process and provide the necessary details.
