UK: Can a BT openreach or equivalent expert give an opinion on my broadband issues?

Lived at my address for 7 years. Been a Vodafone broadband customer for the last 4-5 years. No issues. I was convinced by sky to combine my tv and broadband package with a good deal. The last 3 months service has been atrocious, however I’ve got a direct correlation to my line dying to when it rains. I never have issues on dry days! I’m moving to BT broadband tomorrow after being sick of it, and countless openreach call outs but I’m worried I’ll experience the same as the underlying infrastructure is the same. If it isn’t any better, has anyone got any advice?

Hi,

 

I can only say once the service switches over that any issues would then be the responsibility of ourselves in BT Business if it is a Business service you have taken. If you have any issues or faults going forward you would call 0800800154 and we would arrange any repair requirements.
