VDSL Wrong Profile 40/10 for S Fibre 76 Enhanced (SoGEA

Can anyone help sorting our sync speed to the cabinet which is 40/10, an Openreach engineer confirmed (tested) we should be getting 65mbs and we are on a S Fibre 76 Enhanced (SoGEA) package.
