Why do I receive the following error?
This is a new Smart Hub 2 switched to bridge mode and connected to router.
Internet now lost and cannot access Smart Hub admin console via ethernet.
My router worked perfectly with our previous ISP's modem in bridge mode.
How can this BT Converged Hub error be resolved immediately please?
We can't see the image until a mod approves it. Can you quote the actual text? Is the hub showing an orange light? Which port on the hub are you connecting to the router? Can you 'see' the hub in File Explorer, maybe you have the wrong IP address? Whatever computer you use to connect must be on the same subnet i.e 192.168.1.xxx
