no phone line after

My business has had to start a new contract on the 14th feb which meant we would have to go digital. We have the new hub and phones but our phone line does not receive calls or make calls. I have spent nearly 22 hours so far being fobbed off and promised all will be fixed as they have escalated the complaint, no they just tell me the samething the next day so I still have no phone line for my business if I lied to my customers as I have been lied to Wouldn't have a business.  

I have a complaint number  IMP-116797523 but not been contacted back 

Please could someone give me a straight answer as to when my phone line will work? I have been a bt business customer for over 15 years and feel I should be treated better than this
