stuck on 40-10 profile

we recently changed from Plusnet business to Bt Business, we are on the Fibre 76 Essential + Digital Line package. we have been told our estimated line speed should be download 61-73 and upload 17-18. When the engineer ( not BT ) came to install it he told us we were on a 40-10 profile. I have spent hours on online chat trying to get to someone who can help , is there anyone on here who could help? I see previous posts about this ask for a pic of the hub technical info I have attached this if it could help us. Many Thankshub technical info clean.jpg

How strange given we've not even sold 40/10 for a while! Can you please send me a private message with some account details so I can look into this?
