I have had btconnect.com email addresses (4) for at least 20 years.
I no longer have BT business broadband that ceased about 7 years ago, I fo have BT retail BB
Today I received an email form BT that my inbox is full
I use an email client (Thunderbird) and keep that Inbox, Sent & deleted under control, but if I recall that does not affect t eh BT mail server, and I had to access via webmail to empty inbox etc.
Can someone advise the URL to use to access webmail.
My account is configured to access POP Mail server outlook.office365.com part 995
and smtp.office365.com port 587 for Outgoing
and
email.bt.com or bt.com/email
I have the same issue but still cannot log in, just keeps returning the following message when I try to log in!
Any help greatly appreciated because I'm sure i use to go to a Webmail login.
We can't see your image until a mod approves it. Please give some more details in writing. I can still access my old btinternet email but BT plan to delete it soon.
