Accessing my btconnect emails

I need to access my btconnect emails which I have been unable to do since BT withdrew these email addresses. I have tried all ways but been told by BT this is not possible. They are needed urgently for a court case. Any suggestions?

Hello, @JAD

I understand the urgency of needing access to your btconnect emails, especially for a court case. Let’s tackle this challenge head-on:

BT’s Changes:
BT has indeed made significant changes to its email services.
They are discontinuing support for email clients that use basic authentication, as Microsoft is disabling this method.
The btconnect email service is transitioning to Outlook Web Access (OWA).

Accessing Your Emails:
Here are the ways you can access your mailbox: a. Browser-Based Access: - Visit outlook.office.com using a web browser. - Log in with your btconnect email credentials. b. Via My Account: - Go to business.bt.com and log in to your My Account. - From there, you can access your mailbox, which links to office.com. c. Mobile Devices: - Use the Outlook Application on your phones or tablets.

Password Reminder:
If you’ve forgotten your password, remember that the username and password for your btconnect.com mailbox are the same as what you use to log in to My Account.

I hope this step is helpful to you.

Best Regard,

You really should register a domain and have email that is independent of any ISP!  Then you can change ISPs without affecting emails or websites that you have.
