All emails sent to any BT internet domain rejected

Hi,

 

I work for an MSP and one of my clients who uses a 365 email account( Has SPF,DKIM and DMARC records) keeps getting their emails rejected from any btinternet email accounts.

How do I fix the issue or is there a support email for BT I can contact when I am not a customer?

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll double-check the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to make sure everything is set up correctly. If I still face issues, I’ll definitely try reaching out to BT Support or their community forums. Appreciate the guidance!
