I had a @btconnect.com email address. The company closed. BT were informed. The email server was closed. Everything was ended contractually SEVEN YEARS AGO.
I am STILL getting spam emails forwarded to my new email address. I have reported these numerous times and been ignored. Then someone at BT actually helped me and assured me in 2021 after much to-ing and fro-ing that the old @btconnect.com was officially dead. Yippee.
Until yesterday when BT emailed me to tell me of the changes to my btconnect email address.
Will SOMEONE PLEASE talk to me and get this resolved?
