Hello. For years I have used BT connect without any issues and on Monday I stopped receiving emails. A prompt on the outlook app asked me to sign in. I tried to sign in and the password was not recognised, I clicked on reset password. But received the attached message, I have never had to contact an administrator to reset my password. My Dad who also has a BT connect email address is able to reset his password. Amy help would be grateful

Hello Beth. I've just tried that and received the attached message and when I click on go to home the same message appears.

Apologises for the delay in replying, I was away - so you are unable to log in or do the password reset on https://secure.business.bt.com/Hub at all?

thank you for the link. I have logged on the Hub, please see the attached screenshot as I can't see where to change the password reset for email. If I go the the dashboard, I still receive the "unexpected error"-message from earlier.

It should be the same username and password for logging into both MyAccount and Outlook directly. If you are able to log into MyAccount but are still getting an error on Outlook, please send over a private message with the details of your btconnect.
