I have had the email address with BT for at least 30 years. I have installed a new computer in my office. It has taken BT an unbelievable 3 MONTHS to install the phone and broadband line and I can't get into my email because I can't remember the password. I am now months behind in my work and this is desperately serious. Nothing I try works. I need someone in BT to sort this before I go mad.

It tells me to refer to my installer or supplier. Neither of which are relevant.

It looks like you are trying to reset the password via Microsoft, it needs to be done via the BT Business website I linked above.
I've tried 4 different ways to do this and none of them work. There must be a BT owned site with the record of my password. It is beyond belief that this is so difficult. I have never had any problems with any other provider over passwords; it should be dead simple.
