I have members on our platform that have been attempting to send emails to their contacts. Whenever there is an email sent to a contact that has a btbusiness address, the email gets instantly marked as spam and unsubscribe the contact. Even though previously there was no issue. It seems impossible to get ahold of anyone to find out the reasoning or if there is a blocklist/blacklist that is involved to be able to get addressed. Options?
