Btconnect.com email password reset

can anyone help please - I need to change my btconnect.com email password.

 

I am logged into my email on my phone via the outlook and there doesn’t seem to be any options in settings etc to change my password.

 

When I try to login via a browser - google / chrome etc - I can’t because I don’t know the password. If I try to reset the password it says my administrator hasn’t set the account up to allow me to do the password reset and I don’t have an administrator to contact.

 

I have tried to do a chat with bt and an agent tried to help but we couldn’t change the password, this was on 30/7/25 and he said he had to refer it to the IT Team and he would raise a ticket - I’ve not heard anything since.

 

I am concerned that my account is compromised and really would like to change the password and don’t want to use the log all devices out option until I either know my password or am able to reset it.

Hi CarolS99

 

To change your password for your btconnect.com email address, go to secure.business.bt.com. You then enter your email address into the box provided and click "i've forgotten my password" this will take you through the reset journey.

 

If this doesn't work. Please send me a private message and I can look into this further.
