I'm wondering if anyone can help with an issue I'm having.
I need to create some alias email addresses for our address which goes through Office 365, so I can enable unique logins for our Cloud Voice connection to Webex.
Unfortunately, nobody seems to be able to help on calls, web chat or WhatsApp - they keep referring me to each other and I'm going round in circles unable to get the help I need.
I have been told we're a corporate customer, and told to call 0800 121 7667. I do this, and am told they can't help and to call 0800 800 152 or webchat. They can't help either, so I tried WhatsApp, and was given the corporate customer talk and given 0800 121 7667 to call again.
I can't do it myself in Office365, and we don't have the admin rights (I'm guessing this is standard and something only BT do on your behalf?)
Has anybody else had this problem, and figured out a solution?

I'm sorry you're having issues with this. Just to clarify, do you pay for your Office365 license through BT? Can you please send over a private message with some account details so I can check into this please?
