I have had a FTTC business connection for some years and our analogue phone was migrated to Cloud voice. However our connection speed is dire only 12-15mbps on a good day . Question is if i retain the cloud voice and drop the broadband do i lose my email address., and if so is there some way of retaining them, they are actually @btinternet addresses could they be linked to another residential account or is there a extra monthly charge to retain them if i drop the broadband.
I would stay with BT but FTTP is looking years away if at all

Your BTinternet email address will not be linked to any BT Business products so this will not have any bearing on your email access.
