We've had a BT(small) business account for years.
Today, I finally had a look at the domains and webhosting sections.
BT host several of our 'dormant' domains and it seems BT also hosts a website (25 years old and never been looked at since!!).
I would like to delete this website.
Please could anyone tell me the method. (I have my FTP password for Filezilla but have not done this before and am therefore a little nervous about getting it wrong).
Also, I don't want to 'move' the domain away from BT. I would merely like to break the relationship between the hosted domain and the website.
Or, is there a minimum requirement by BT to have at least one website hosted by them?
Any help would be appreciated and many thanks in advance for any pearls of wisdom!
Hi Pollyjo
You can manage your website by accessing the control panel.
If you have problems logging in, accessing, or don't know your BT ID, please follow the forgotten password link.

Hello,
I understand your concern, and it's great that you're taking the initiative to manage your web hosting! Here's a step-by-step guide to help you delete the website while keeping the domain with BT:
Log in to your BT Business account: Go to businessapps.bt.comand sign in using your BT ID.
Access your Web Manager: Once logged in, select "My Apps" and launch your Web Starter or Web Manager by clicking the relevant app tile.
Delete the website: Within the Web Manager, you should find an option to delete or remove the website. Follow the prompts to complete this process.
Best regards,
Roxanne
