Wondering if anyone can help. I've been locked out of my btconnect 365 email account and when I go to reset my password I get the following message - Your account is currently blocked from signing in. As a result, you may not reset your password at this time. Please contact an admin in your organization and ask him or her to unblock your account.
I've tried going through Live chat and support but keeps going round in circles asking for information about services i don't have. I'm able to log into the bt business site to manage services etc, but resetting the password through there seems to have no affect (not sure if its even resetting the Microsoft email password at that point.
Can anyone please asssit?

Yes, there was a mix up with my contract in February, but this was sorted and currently on a Full fibre 900 business contract. My email has been working fine since and only stopped working a couple of weeks ago.
