Help needed to access btconnect account

Please will someone help me?

I need to gain access to my old btconnect email account to delete some emails. 

I believe it has a 1gb size limit and has likely recently reached or exceeed this as I have been told important emails have been sent which I have not received. I used to access this account via myoffice but cannot now do so.

I have tried BT business live chat and also calling BT all with out success, I am just being sent round in circles as I don't have a bt phone line or bt broadband number to give although I do have several office365 licenses from BT.

I hope someone is able to assist me in getting back into this btconnect account.

Thank you very much for your help last week in private messages and for putting me in touch with the right people. They have resolved the issue with my email which is great news for me.
