Hi
I have noticed that our btconnect.com email account no longer works!
We cannot login on the web and if you email it, we get a 365 bounce back saying that the address is not found at btconnect.com
Basically , 365 is reporting the address no longer exists !
Can anyone help ?
Thanks

Our btconnect email is having this exact same issue, emails are getting returned to the sender with failed delivery notifications & we are unable to login to outlook web with the password we reset for the bt business account login.

Hi BGate
Is your btconnect linked to a live account with us?

I'm not sure, our account is listed as having Business Email Lite & Office 365 Small Business. When I try to login to outlook web I use the email ending with @btconnect.com

Hi BGate
Are you paying us for any services? That's what I mean by if you have a live account. BTconnect email addresses are linked to BT Business broadbands typically.
